Is there any way I could help in the making of the forum?
I love HTML, CSS, and Java. And I'm great worker when it comes to Forumotion.
I'd be able to help organize sections, categories, and sub-forums.
Few examples of some of previous forums

Not to call out or anything but Godzone, you don't need any of that to organize a message board really, thats why the admin CP is there  and it's only phpBB
